These terms apply to all Dediboxes LTD customers
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of dedicated server services (the "Services") provided by Dediboxes LTD ("Provider") to the customer ("Customer"). By signing up for and using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:
1.1. The Services provided by the Provider include the provisioning and maintenance of dedicated server hardware and associated resources.
1.2. This Agreement commences on the date the Services are activated and continues until terminated as per the terms of this Agreement.
2.1. The Customer agrees to use the Services for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2. The Customer is responsible for the content and activities on their dedicated server. Any illegal or prohibited content or activities will result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
3.1. The Customer shall pay for the Services in accordance with the billing terms agreed upon at the time of signup.
3.2. All invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to pay invoices within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or termination of Services.
3.3. The Customer is responsible for all taxes associated with the Services.
4.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. The Customer must notify the Provider at least 30 days in advance.
4.2. The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate Services immediately in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
5.1. The Provider guarantees a certain level of server uptime as defined in the SLA. Any failure to meet the SLA will result in service credits as per the SLA terms.
5.2. Maintenance and repairs may be conducted by the Provider, with notice given to the Customer in advance.
6.1. The Provider is not responsible for the backup of the Customer's data. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining their data and backups.
7.1. The Provider offers customer support for hardware or network issues related to the Services during regular support hours.
7.2. The customer acknowledges that unless otherwise specified, all Dediboxes LTD servers are supplied unmanaged, and we offer hardware and network support only.
8.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the security of their dedicated server. The Provider is not liable for security breaches on the Customer's server.
9.1. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.2. The Provider's liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the Services during the three months preceding the incident.
10.1. The Customer shall indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer's use of the Services.
11.1. The Provider reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to the Customer.
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
